Rose Valley is a family-oriented neighbourhood in West Kelowna just north of hwy 97. Living in Rose Valley provides easy access to the amenities of West Kelowna as well as the bridge to Kelowna, making it a great option for commuters.

Rose Valley has been developed more in recent years, so you can expect to see newer homes in the single-family detached and townhome categories. There are great schools in the area, such as Rose Valley Elementary and Mar Jok Elementary, and it is close to Mount Boucherie Secondary.

Rose Valley Regional Park has popular trails for hiking and biking, a conservation area and reservoir. The city has also invested in a brand new multi-sport dome finished in October 2019 called the West Kelowna Multi-Sport Centre which houses 8 artificial turf fields for year-round use.
