On Saturday, January 30th, the 29th annual Okanagan Housing Awards of Excellence was presented by the Canadian Home Builders Association (CHBA) where the best projects of the year in new home construction, residential renovation, and interior design were highlighted.
We are so pleased to announce that the Canadian Home Builders Association Central Okanagan (CHBA CO) has named two of Lakestone’s preferred builders, Richmond Custom Homes and Gibson Contracting, as winners in separate categories in the 2021 CHBA Awards for Housing Excellence!
Richmond Custom Homes was named winner of the Excellence in Single Family Detached Home $750,000 – $1,000,000 award and named in the Excellence in Kitchen Design (New Home) $70,000 & Under award as project partner with Westwood Fine Cabinetry.
Gibson Contracting was named winner of the Single-Family Builder of the Year Large Volume (11 Homes or More) award.
